1. Introduction to Content Licenses

StreamVerse offers a vast library of movies, TV series, documentaries, live events, and original productions. All content available on our platform is protected by copyright and is provided to you under a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license. By using StreamVerse, you agree to respect these licenses and use the content only as permitted.

2. Types of Content Licenses

We offer different types of content based on the agreements we hold with studios, distributors, and creators. These generally fall into the following categories:

• Subscription‑Based Content: The majority of movies and shows available with your active subscription. You can stream this content as long as your subscription is active and the title remains in our library.
• Transactional (Rent or Buy): Select titles may be available for digital rental or purchase. These are subject to specific rental periods or permanent access tied to your account.
• Free Ad‑Supported Content: Some content is available to all visitors without a subscription, supported by advertisements.
• Original Content: StreamVerse Originals are produced or commissioned by us and remain exclusive to the platform. These are included with your subscription.

3. What You Can Do

Under our standard content license, you are permitted to:

• Stream content for your personal, non‑commercial use on up to the number of devices allowed by your plan.
• Download select titles for offline viewing on supported devices, subject to availability and device limits.
• Create up to five user profiles under a single account, each with personalized watchlists and recommendations.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, record, or redistribute any content in whole or in part.
• Use content for public performances (e.g., in bars, theaters, or commercial venues) without a separate license.
• Circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) technology or other security features.
• Share your account credentials outside your household in a way that exceeds the permitted number of simultaneous streams.
• Use any automated means to scrape, download, or index content from our platform.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to films, series, trailers, images, artwork, and associated metadata, is owned by or licensed to StreamVerse. The compilation of the content and the platform itself are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No title or interest in any content is transferred to you.

6. Regional Availability

Due to licensing agreements, certain titles may only be available in specific countries or regions. The content library you see is based on your detected location. We continuously work to expand availability, but some restrictions may apply.

7. Content Removal & Changes

StreamVerse reserves the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without notice. Licenses with content providers may expire, causing titles to leave the platform. We strive to provide advance notice of major removals when possible.
