Check Payment Method Expiry

Expired cards are the #1 cause of failed payments. Go to Account > Billing and ensure your card is valid.

Verify Billing Address

Your billing address must exactly match the one on file with your bank. Update it under Payment Settings.

Check for Sufficient Funds

Ensure your account has enough balance or credit to cover the subscription charge.

Retry Payment Manually

Go to Billing > Retry Payment after fixing the issue. The system will attempt the charge again immediately.

Try a Different Payment Method

If your card continues to fail, add a new card or use PayPal as an alternative.

Contact Your Bank

Sometimes banks block streaming charges. Ask them to allow transactions from StreamVerse.

Payment & Billing FAQ

If you see a double charge, it's likely an authorization hold that will drop off within 3-5 business days. Check your billing history; if both charges settle, contact us immediately for a refund.
We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. Go to Account > Billing > Request Refund. If you qualify, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Billing dates are fixed to the day you signed up. However, you can cancel and resubscribe on a different date. All your watch history and profiles will be preserved.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and in some regions, direct debit and local payment wallets. Cryptocurrency is not supported at this time.
Go to Account > Subscription > Cancel. You'll still have access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
