By accessing or using StreamVerse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
StreamVerse offers free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non‑refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. We may change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
StreamVerse grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and view content on the Service for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly perform any content without explicit permission. All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content on the Service are owned by StreamVerse or its licensors. You may not use any StreamVerse branding without written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property, and we may use them without restriction.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
In no event shall StreamVerse, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
