1. Our Commitment to Copyright

StreamVerse ("Company") respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

2. Repeat Infringer Policy

StreamVerse will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that is alleged to be infringing, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

3. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that any content available on or through StreamVerse infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the stream or content).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter‑Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter‑notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter‑notification must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed content within 10‑14 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be restored in our discretion.

5. Contact Information for Copyright Agents

All DMCA notices and counter‑notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent via the methods listed above. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
