StreamVerse ("Company") respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
StreamVerse will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are repeat copyright infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that is alleged to be infringing, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter‑notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter‑notification must include:
Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed content within 10‑14 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be restored in our discretion.
